The program focuses on the sustainability and replicability of poverty reduction models, the feasibility of the technologies used, and the inclusiveness of vulnerable groups. It aims to provide replicable and adaptable poverty reduction models and implementation plans for institutions and individuals worldwide who are concerned with poverty reduction.

The Peru slum water supply project is the country's largest livelihood project in recent years. It covers three extremely impoverished regions, benefiting 43,000 local households. The project innovatively implements a three-in-one model of "infrastructure + employment + empowerment" to promote the sustainable development of the entire region.

Infrastructure first: A total of 1,580 km of water supply pipeline system will be built to systematically solve the water supply problem of residents.

Job creation: It will create over 26,000 local employment opportunities and regularly conduct systematic skills training, cultivating nearly 200 local technicians.

Community empowerment: It will provide a growth path from basic to technical for young people in the community and particularly offer flexible work arrangements and training for women, enhancing community participation and stimulating their own development capacities.

The project's progress has exceeded 80%. After its completion, it will significantly improve the health of the residents. More importantly, through skills training and employment promotion, local residents will achieve growth in capabilities and income, women will gain respect and economic independence, and the overall development capacities of the community will be effectively enhanced. The arrival of clean water will continuously nourish the rebirth of the land.
