Sinomach-built Chico River Pump Irrigation Project receives completion certificate

2023-03-15Contracted by Sinomach subsidiary CAMCE, the Chico River Pump Irrigation Project (CRPIP) in the Philippines has received its completion certificate from the National Irrigation Administration (NIA).
As a flagship livelihood project connecting China and the Philippines, it has improved the efficient use of local natural resources and promoted agricultural development, bringing tangible social and economic benefits.
The project includes building a lifting pump station, substation, supporting transmission lines, tunnels and channels on the bank of the Chico River.
