China's State-owned enterprises weren't on the pitch, but they scored a lot of points at the recently concluded FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

The infrastructure and utility projects those companies built at one of the world's top sporting events have earned the gratitude of appreciative officials and fans and grabbed the attention of potential clients.

For instance, a total of 155 customized Bonluck Buses, which was produced by Jiangxi Kama Business Bus Co Ltd (Bonluck Bus), a subsidiary of Sinomach, served the travel needs of the organizing committee and teams during the World Cup.

The bus is the company's best-selling model in the Middle East, and was designed in line with the local market demand and climate conditions.

Export of Bonluck Bus is booming with the recovery of the international tourism passenger transport market. To date, the company has received nearly 300 orders from both domestic and foreign markets such as South Korea, Australia, and the Middle East.

As demand for environmentally friendly public transport vehicles is rising in many parts of the world, particularly in China, Australia and Europe, Bonluck Bus has further expanded the international and domestic markets and deepened international cooperation.

The first hydrogen-powered bus developed and manufactured by Bonluck Bus, was put into operation in Australia late last year. It has promoted upgrades of energy solutions and green transportation development in the country.

Bonluck Bus is the first Chinese bus manufacturer to enter the Australian market. The company has exported nearly 3,000 buses, including diesel buses, hybrid buses and electric buses, to Australia.
