Zhang, who is also a board member of China-France Business Council and leader representative of its consumption and services working group, noted that China, France and Europe have made headway in pragmatic cooperation in key areas.

Sinomach and its French partners have further expanded their cooperation, in which the fruits of China's opening-up and development have been shared with mutual benefits.

He said that Sinomach is ready to strengthen cooperation with French enterprises under the framework of China-France Business Council, especially in areas such as public emergency response, pharmaceutical research and development, healthcare consumption and green and low-carbon development.

Sinomach will work with other Chinese and French enterprises to further integrate the building of cooperative eco-agriculture industrial chain, digital economy and real economy, and consolidate the bilateral cooperation to unleash economic growth potential, Zhang added.

Established on Jan 9, 2018, the China-France Business Council aims to build a vibrant platform for cooperation between the business communities of the two countries, facilitate long-term and institutional dialogues between business leaders of both sides and further upgrade bilateral economic and trade cooperation through pragmatic cooperation.

As a sub-event of the 8th China-France High-Level Economic and Financial Dialogue, this year's council meeting attracted leading enterprises from both countries in such fields as green and intelligent manufacturing, consumption and services, low-carbon power, financial services and third-party markets.
