2025-06-02Recently, two Central Asia-bound freight trains carrying a total of 140 YTO tractors departed successively from the Dongfanghong (Luoyang) International Land Port, arriving at Khorgos Port en route to users in five Central Asian countries.
Backed by Sinomach Group, YTO Group Corporation (YTO) in Luoyang, Henan province is actively developing the Dongfanghong (Luoyang) International Land Port by leveraging the existing infrastructure of the YTO Railway Marshalling Station. As the core hub of Luoyang's production and service-oriented national logistics network, the port has played a pivotal role since its launch in November 2017, operating freight trains to Central Asia, Europe and Laos, as well as facilitating rail-sea intermodal container transport.

By March 2025, the land port had handled 1,795 international container freight trains, supporting the export of diverse products including agricultural machinery, refractory materials, motorcycles, and office furniture. This continuous logistical support has significantly boosted the global reach of "Made in Henan" products and earned recognition from the National Development and Reform Commission as a model for direct factory-to-rail freight operations.
According to YTO staff, these YTO tractors were transported smoothly via Belt and Road freight routes, greatly shortening delivery times. Once off the production line, the tractors are transferred directly to the Dongfanghong (Luoyang) International Land Port within the factory premises. There, they undergo container adjustment, packing, reinforcement, and loading—all in one streamlined process.
This integrated service reduces transportation costs and minimizes cargo damage caused by transport mode transfers. At the specific request of customers in Central Asia, this shipment was arranged via international freight trains and dispatched in early May.

To ensure a timely and successful delivery, the International Trade Company, the Large Tractor Company, and the Logistics Company of YTO worked closely to coordinate production and container loading. Tractors were repeatedly inspected and tested to meet the customers' requirements before being dispatched on schedule.
In addition to this shipment, 20 crawler tractors ordered by Central Asian clients are currently in accelerated, full-scale production and are expected to be delivered in early June. This new generation of crawler tractors, independently developed by YTO, features enhanced comfort and multi-functionality.
Suitable for tasks such as earthmoving, dry land cultivation, and paddy field work, the model reflects the company's ongoing commitment to product innovation and excellence in international service. YTO will continue to ensure timely, reliable and steady fulfillment of its overseas orders.
