CMIE refuels development of vocational education in China

China Machinery International Engineering Design & Research Institute Co (CMIE), a subsidiary of Sinomach, worked with the Chinese Society for Technical and Vocational Education and Messe Stuttgart, a major organizer of trade fairs, congresses and events in Germany, to hold this year’s Education+ International Summit and Exhibition for Technical Vocational and Education Training from Nov 18-20 in Qingdao city, east China’s Shandong province.

This year’s event attracted a total of 198 exhibitors, and brought together industry experts and elites from home and abroad, serving as a platform to explore industry focuses, including vocational and technical education under the integration of industry and education, and talent training for new infrastructure industries as well as the industrial internet.

More than 30 exchange activities such as international conferences, training classes, forums and discussions were organized during the exhibition, and a number of school-enterprise cooperation projects were signed and launched.

Education+ is an international platform to show solutions for international cooperation and school-enterprise cooperation in vocational and technical education. It integrates international conferences, theme forums and training by German experts and teachers with a great exhibition covering educational informatization, intelligent manufacturing, modern service industry, modern agriculture, vocational education and other fields.
