A new Iraq desalination project contract win marks a fresh gain in the Middle East market
CAMCE has recently won the bid for the Block 9 Source Water Plant Desalination and Auxiliary Water Treatment Facilities Project in Iraq, strengthening its track record in oilfield water treatment in the Middle East.
Once completed, the plant will boast a daily treatment capacity of nearly 18,000 tons and process feed water with total dissolved solids or TDS of up to 40,000 ppm.
It's expected to greatly improve local water quality to meet the oilfield production criteria, underpin steady operation of production facilities, and sustain sound growth of Iraq's hydrocarbon industry.
The Philippines' Mabini PV Project boosts local clean energy development
Construction of the Mabini 60 megawatt ground-mounted solar power plant in the Philippines is gathering pace and is now advancing simultaneously in its civil work, equipment installation and materials delivery.
Once commissioned, the facility will boost local clean power supplies and optimize the regional energy mix.
