Equatorial Guinea's first modern comprehensive university completed

The Malabo University City project in Equatorial Guinea, undertaken by CMEC, has successfully passed inspection and received its Provisional Acceptance Certificate. As a key national project in education and public welfare, it supports the country's strategy for talent development. Once operational, it will become Equatorial Guinea's first fully-equipped modern comprehensive university, providing high-quality education resources and an international learning environment for local students, and serving as a strong example of China–Equatorial Guinea cooperation and people-to-people exchange.
Integrated investment–construction–operation model drives Uzbekistan's green transition

The Tashkent municipal solid waste incineration power generation project in Uzbekistan, developed by China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. (CAMCE), a member enterprise of CMEC Group, has achieved several key milestones, including completion of the 8-meter platform concrete pouring for the waste heat boiler, the first steel structure hoisting of the incinerator, and the 4,000-cubic-meter mass concrete pouring of the waste pit. Once completed, the project will convert waste into electricity, help address local waste management challenges, and supply clean energy, thus supporting Uzbekistan's green energy development. The integrated investment–construction–operation model further expands the traditional EPC approach overseas, highlighting CMEC Group's technical strength and innovation in the global clean energy sector.
Kyrgyzstan hydropower station upgrade project reaches key milestone

The Uch-Kurgan Hydropower Station upgrade project in Kyrgyzstan, undertaken by China National Electric Engineering Co., Ltd. (CNEEC), a subsidiary of CMEC Group, has completed the stator hoisting of the third unit (2#), marking a key milestone.
Through optimized construction planning and strict process control, the team ensured zero collision, zero damage, and zero risk throughout the hoisting process. Once fully operational, the project will significantly enhance local clean energy supply, improve grid stability, and support regional economic development and deeper China–Kyrgyzstan energy cooperation.
