2026-03-28Sinomach CMEC has achieved a series of new breakthroughs in agricultural machinery exports, green energy, and precision manufacturing. These accomplishments have not only expanded the breadth and depth of the going global efforts of Chinese equipment and engineering services, but also injected strong momentum into infrastructure development, green transformation, and industrial upgrading in Belt and Road partner countries.
First batch of tractors by CMEC & YTO to be exported to Indonesia

The contract for the tractor export project to Indonesia, jointly advanced by CITC, a subsidiary of Sinomach CMEC, and YTO, has officially taken effect, with the first batch of 103 YTO tractors ready for large-scale export. CITC leveraged its overseas channel advantages and project execution expertise to precisely meet market demand in Indonesia, while collaborating with YTO's high-quality agricultural machinery manufacturing capabilities to achieve efficient "market + manufacturing" synergy.
In recent years, CITC has exported over 500 agricultural harvesters and has successfully positioned itself in the smart agricultural equipment sector, including the export of crop protection drones.
CMEC makes major progress at Cambodia gas-fired power plant project

Significant breakthroughs have been achieved at the 2×450MW gas-fired combined cycle power plant project in Koh Kong province, Cambodia, where Sinomach CMEC serves as the general contractor. Recent achievements include the completion of the main powerhouse and control building concrete pouring, successful roof air raising of the LNG storage tank, timely completion of the heavy cargo wharf, and the full-scale start of civil works across all areas.
This project is Cambodia's first LNG power plant and also CMEC's inaugural EPC project for a gas-fired power plant featuring a complete supporting infrastructure including an LNG terminal, cryogenic storage tank, and wharf. Once completed, the plant will effectively alleviate local power shortages and serve as a key milestone in China-Cambodia practical cooperation.
Sinomach CMEC makes key progress at Uzbekistan waste-to-energy projects

Key progress has been achieved at the Andijan and Tashkent municipal solid waste incineration power generation projects in Uzbekistan, which are invested in, constructed, and operated by Sinomach CAMCE.
At the Andijan project, underground structural work in the core area has been successfully completed, and the steel frame hoisting for the first incineration boiler has been finished. The Tashkent project is progressing steadily with construction advancing as scheduled.
Upon completion, the two facilities will generate approximately 300 million kWh and 540 million kWh of electricity annually, respectively, saving a combined total of over 90,000 tons of standard coal each year. Once operational, the projects will significantly enhance local municipal solid waste treatment capacity, serving as a landmark demonstration of China-Uzbekistan collaboration in building a "Green Silk Road" and driving the upgrade of Central Asia's environmental and energy infrastructure.
