CAMCE breaks ground on Guyana Bartica hospital project

The Bartica hospital project in Guyana, undertaken by China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. (CAMCE), a subsidiary of Sinomach, has officially broken ground. The project will include the building of a modern comprehensive hospital and the providing of full-scope services covering the design and construction of its main medical facilities and supporting infrastructure, as well as the supply, installation, commissioning, and personnel training for medical equipment.
Upon completion, the project will significantly improve local healthcare services, benefiting tens of thousands of residents and demonstrating CAMCE's commitment to helping improve the quality of life overseas through engineering.
CUC signs design contract for Cambodia Sandan Mean Chey Irrigation Project

China United Engineering Corporation Limited (CUC), a subsidiary of Sinomach, has signed the design contract for the Sandan Mean Chey Irrigation Project in Kampong Thom province, Cambodia.
The project includes the planning and design of key water conservancy facilities such as water storage structures, diversion works, and irrigation canals. Designed with a diversion capacity of 50 m³/s and an irrigation area of 1.13 million mu (about 75,300 hectares), the project will help reduce the local agricultural sector’s reliance on rainfall, enhance stable and high-yield production capacity for rice and cash crops, and benefit hundreds of thousands of people. It will also support Cambodia's agricultural modernization and food security.
JK Institute wins bid for Kyrgyzstan hydropower plant capacity enhancement project

China Jikan Research Institute of Engineering Investigations and Design Co., Ltd. (JK Institute), a subsidiary of Sinomach, has won the bid for the capacity enhancement project of the Uch-Kurgan Hydropower Plant in Kyrgyzstan.
Operating for more than 63 years, the plant is an important pillar of regional energy supply. Under the project, JK Institute will be responsible for tasks including the repair of the left bank embankment, dam curtain grouting, and the construction of a safety monitoring system, upgrading the plant’s generating units from 4×45 MW to 4×56 MW.
The project will help strengthen Kyrgyzstan's clean energy supply capacity and further deepen practical energy cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan.
