CUC's Heavy-Duty Gas Turbine and Nuclear Equipment begins trial production

The Heavy-Duty Gas Turbine and Nuclear Power Equipment Manufacturing base in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu province, undertaken by China United Engineering Corporation Limited (CUC) under an EPC contract, has officially commenced trial production. This milestone marks the transition of the project into operation.

As a key provincial construction project, the site covers 102.8 mu (6.85 hectares) of land, with Phase I designed to deliver four nuclear condensers and four MSRs annually, while also serving as the main assembly facility for heavy-duty gas turbines. The project represents an acceleration of industrial upgrading and technological breakthroughs in China's heavy-duty gas turbine and nuclear equipment manufacturing sectors.

SIPPR wins design contract for Sino-German Machine Tool Demonstration Zone

SIPPR Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (SIPPR), a subsidiary of SINOMACH, has secured the design contract for the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Cooperation Zone in Chongqing. The project will build machine tool manufacturing workshops and supporting facilities.

As a key step in Chongqing's efforts to build itself into a "hub of intelligent manufacturing" and integrate into the global high-end manufacturing value chain, the project aims to establish a demonstration base for joint Sino-foreign machine tool manufacturing. Once completed, it will elevate Yongchuan's machine tool industry to the international forefront, enhance its global influence, and emerge as both a new growth engine and a hub for intelligent manufacturing in western China.

CMIE to design Zoomlion Smart Industrial Park for mining equipment

China Machinery International Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. (CMIE), a subsidiary of SINOMACH, has been awarded the design project for Zoomlion's Smart Industrial Park for mining machinery in Changsha, Hunan province. With a total construction area exceeding 280,000 square meters, the project will focus on the R&D, manufacturing, and testing of high-end mining machinery.

The park's design will integrate advanced concepts of "intensification, digital intelligence, and green development," supported by simulation and other cutting-edge technologies. Once operational, it will significantly enhance product quality, production efficiency, and automation levels, setting a benchmark for the high-quality development of the mining machinery industry and advancing China's path toward new industrialization.
