Xu Jian, president of the China National Machinery Industry Corp (Sinomach), paid a visit to one of the company’s subsidiaries, the China IPPR International Engineering Co, in Beijing, on April 5, where he got a report on its operations in 2015, its work plan for 2016, its innovations and risk prevention and control, and the Party's work in the company, and clean government work.

Xu commented on the subsidiary’s development efforts and encouraged its people to do some strategic planning and make full use of their advantages in brands, talent and technology. He also offered the following suggestions on company development: first, improve company competitiveness and service concepts to expand the business, and pay more attention to new industries, such as intelligent development and make the direction of engineering contracting development clear; second, develop centralized production management; third, do scientific innovation to create a new business field; fourth, improve international operations; fifth, cultivate top talent; sixth, pay more attention to risk management and controls; and seventh, improve the Party's work in the company, and cleaner government work.
