At the China National Machinery Industry Corp’s (Sinomach) annual work conference, in Beijing, on Jan 21, the company held an awards ceremony to recognize advanced enterprises and individuals for 2015. There were nine enterprise recipients - the China Machinery Engineering Corp, China CAMC Engineering Co, Sumec (Group) Corp, China United Engineering Corp, Sinomach Finance Co, Automobile Engineering Corp, China National Heavy Machinery Corp, Hefei General Machinery Research Institute, and China Perfect Machinery Industry Corp - and four academics - Yan Chuliang, Chen Xuejie, Guan Jie, Cheng Taining - as “Leading figures in scientific research”, to encourage scientific and technological innovation.
