The China-Belarus Industrial Park (or Great Stone) was recently named the best special economic zone involved in the Belt and Road Initiative in the Global Free Economic Zone Ratings 2020 held by fDi Magazine, the world’s premier publication for the business of globalization.

The park had earlier been named among the “Global Free Zones of the Year 2019” by fDi.

FDi Magazine, or foreign direct investment magazine, provides an up-to-date image of the global investment map. The Global Free Economic Zone Rating, an annual ranking of free economic zones based on indicators such as investment capacity, ease of doing business and adequate infrastructure, is based on analytical data from fDi Intelligence and is one of the authoritative sources of information on where to invest.

The park, aided by developed infrastructure, convenient logistics and transportation conditions, a favorable geographical location and diversified market opportunities, has made significant contributions to the Belt and Road Initiative, and its unique business environment is a pivotal point of connection to markets of the European Union and the Eurasian Economic Union.
