On June 22, 2009, CAMCO International signed a 1100 t/d cement plant project with Tabas Cement Corporation in Iran. The project signing ceremony was held in Tehran, capital of Iran. Zhang Xi, Vice President of CAMCO, and Mr. Mohebii, President of Iran Tabas Cement Corporation, signed the contract on behalf of the two sides respectively.
      The project will be launched in Yazd Province in central Iran. The main scope of the contract includes the design,the complete-set equipment supply,the construction guidance and acceptance tests. The construction period will last for 24 months. After the cement plant is built, the shortage of the local cement supply will be effectively eased.
