Zhang Xiaolun, chairman of Sinomach, met with Rudy Kiryl, Belarusian ambassador to China, at the company’s headquarters in Beijing on Jan 7.

The two sides reviewed their major cooperation achievements in recent years, with full confidence in their expectations of future cooperation.

Zhang expressed his gratitude to Rudy, who is due to return home soon, for his concern and support for the company’s business in Belarus during his time in China. He also hoped that Rudy would continue to help promote development of the relations between the two countries in his new post, offering help and support to the company’s business in Belarus.

The Berezov power plant, Lukoml power plant and 400,000 tons of pulp mill projects in Belarus are cooperative projects between Sinomach and Belarus. They have contributed to local social and economic development and significantly improved the living standards of the local people, as well as expanded the company's overseas markets.
