Gao Jianshe, deputy general manager of Sinomach, attended the delivery ceremony of a power grid development and renovation project in Côte d'Ivoire, undertaken by the company from Nov 27 to 29. Alassane Ouattara, president of Côte d'Ivoire, attended the ceremony and switched on the electricity.

During the visit, Gao paid a visit to Ambassador Wan Li at the Chinese Embassy in Côte d'Ivoire.

Gao then went to the site of the KOSTOLAC-B power plant project in Serbia from Nov 30 to Dec 2, in order to unveil the Central and Eastern European Regional Center of Sinomach.

During the visit, Gao met with Ambassador Chen Bo at the Chinese Embassy in Serbia. The two sides had an in-depth discussion on the project’s implementation and its subsequent development.

Gao conducted special inspections of the production safety of the two projects and the work security of overseas staff, and made specific demands relating to these.
