A delegation from Ganzhou, East China’s Jiangxi province, headed by Li Bingjun, the city’s Party secretary, visited the headquarters of the China National Machinery Industry Co (Sinomach) in Beijing on April 11.

Zhang Xiaolun, chairman of Sinomach, offered a warm welcome to the delegation.

During the meeting, Zhang and Li discussed strengthening cooperation between the two sides.

Guoji Zhijun Automotive Co, a subsidiary of Sinomach, is building a new energy vehicle manufacturing center in Ganzhou.

Construction on the center started on May 11, 2017, receiving 8 billion yuan ($1.19 billion) in investment.

It will cost 2.5 billion yuan to build the first section, which is expected to produce 100,000 electric vehicles annually.
