A delegation from China Sinomach Heavy Industry Co met with Song Aiguo, China’s ambassador to Egypt, in the country’s capital Cairo, on Dec 20, 2018.

The Sinomach representatives briefed Song on a greenhouse project Sinomach built in the country, with Song expressing his appreciation for the company’s contribution to Egypt’s agricultural sector.

Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi’s attendance at the Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation in September 2018 helped lay a solid foundation for Sino-Egyptian relations in the new era, said Song.

He urged Sinomach to expand its activities in Egypt and play a positive role in promoting China around the world.
