The completion ceremony of the Bibala water supply project, which was undertaken by CMEC, was held in Namibe province, Angola, on Nov 9. Present at the ceremony were the provincial governor of Namibe province, the secretary for the ministry of energy and water resources in Angola, the director general of the national water conservancy bureau, and Cui Dongkai, manager of the project. The project was highly praised by the Angolan partners and will solve the problem of a shortage of drinking water in the region.
