A Sinomach delegation headed by Liu Jingzhen, the company’s deputy general manager, took a study tour to the United States from June 10 to 23.

During the tour, the 24 members from the headquarters and subsidiaries of Sinomach visited several world-leading companies, including Morgan Stanley, Intel, HP and Google.

They also invited experts from the United States Military Academy, Harvard University, Stanford University and GE’s Crotonville management campus to give lectures on various topics, including training future leaders, innovation, and business management.

The tour aims to enhance the management and cross-cultural communication abilities among senior executives, which is part of Sinomach’s efforts to expand its business overseas and improve the company’s international status.
