The Bishkek Waste-to-Energy Project in Kyrgyzstan—Central Asia's first waste incineration power generation facility—has been officially completed and put into operation. The project includes equipment supplied by Beijing Materials Handling Research Institute Co Ltd (BMH), a subsidiary of China CAMC Engineering Co Ltd (CAMCE).

The commissioning ceremony for the LESSOS–KABARNET transmission line section under the Kenya Grid Upgrade Project – 132 kV LOT 1 & LOT 2, constructed by China CAMC Engineering Co Ltd (CAMCE), a subsidiary of SINOMACH, was recently held at the Kabarnet substation.
